We are pleased to announce the 2013 Vancouver Trans* Day of Remembrance.

This event was organized and is taking place on unceded and occupied Coast Salish Territory – the original caretakers of this region: Tsleil-Waututh, Musqueum, and Sḵwxwú7mesh(Squamish) nations respectively.

This event is taking place at the Grandview Calvary Baptist Church – 1803 East 1st Ave Vancouver.

Open mic & speakers
Candlelight vigil

coffee, tea, hot chocolate, & candles will be provided.

– This space is fully accessible. Ground floor entrance is at the side door on Salsbury Drive. Fully accessible washrooms.
– There will be ASL interpretation.
– We ask you leave your heavy scents and perfumes at home.
– Please remember this space is a safer space that follows anti-oppression/intersectionality principles.
